Yukiko arrives knowing the past wars and battles Konoha and the Cloud had, Yukiko came to settle this once and for all, she went to the Hokage of the leaf and came with a peace treaty for them to become Allies. "I know in the past that almost all the previous Raikage's were against your countries, but I come to fix those ties, I know the pain of losing those you love from war, my clan was annihilated due to the last war, I come for a peace treaty do you accept?" said Yukiko holding a small peace treaty in her hands. "I'll try my best to be the best Raikage as I can" said Yukiko doing a little bow/curtsy.

" Alright I will sign it, I don't want any of my own villagers to suffer again like the past wars. Besides the village have more problem to face." he then took the treaty in his desk and sign it after he reading some details in it.

After signing the treaty he then hands it back to the Raikage, " Here we go, I hope in the future we will fight the upcoming evil side by side" shaking hands to the Raikage.
