Checking the Weather - Mission

Growing very tired of waiting and in need of some action Tategami hopped down off of the rooftop and decided to provoke and encounter, she formed some hand seals and placed both hands cupped around her mouth
"Fire wall Jutsu" a stream of black fire spewed from her mouth catchin the huts and setting them alight
"There that should do an with any hope there are women and children in there burning" she smiled to herself happy with her deed of destruction

"Umm well, I was the Kage's assistant my names Miko, you might as well give it to me, but not now first the fire" said Miko grabbing a bucket of water and throwing it on the fire. "Damnit who did this!" said Miko filled with rage

Shima replys,"Will do." then asks, "If your Kage was killed then who am I to give this scroll to?"

"Yah, I know your Village is just as disprivillaged as us besides that you have an awesome Raikage, well once you get back please ask the Raikage for help" said the Jounin frowning head down. "Hey what the heck a fire! please help us take it out!" yelled the Jounin

Tategami smiled to her self in knowing that when she did engauge the jounin wouldnt have any back up *Looks like this mission could go off without a hitch* she thought to herself while quietly moving from roof top to roof top. When she got to a prime location she started a small fire so it looked like an act of arson and lay in wait.

Shima Sighs then says "Well, with the permission of the Raikage i can help out here for a while, but other than that im afraid our village doesnt have the man power to send aid at the momment."

"Well The village is poor due to constant raiding, and our Kage died just a few days ago, we dont know what to do! Please help us..." Asks the Jounin desperately

"What is really going on here?" Shima asked simply.

The kids stopped fighting and the jounin who was trying to stop the fight thanked Shimamaru he told him that the Rain was in chaos now since there was no Kage/leader to intervene, the Jounin also told him that they had no money.

Tategami sat on the roof tops watching as the cloud jounin ran in and stopped the fun, she was just starting to enjoy herself, it angered her to think that the jounin got involved she could have killed him there an then but that wasn't why she was here. so she sat and waited for the opportunity the right moment to make herself known while waiting she removed her marked head band and stuffed it into her pack and pulled out a blank one and tied it round her head at an angle covering one eye

Shima started thinking to himself,"Is it my place to get invovled?" Then without thinking ran up and stopped there attack's.

The guards moved "Right this way sir", they pointed towards a large circular building, theres a fight in front of the building and you see one ninja bleeding they all look like students, looking carefully there seems to be a jounin in the scrap.

As the border patrol where busy with the cloud's jounin a figure in black snuck past un-noticed and hid on the other side watching as events unfolded.

"I was sent here by the Kaikage to deliver a Scroll." he said Hiding a Kunai in his jacket ready to strike if nessecary.

Suddenly the border patrol for the rain block your way "Sir what is your business here?" he looks ready to attack, but he waits for your answer

Shimamaru uses Summoning Jutsu: Panther Summoning using the panther as transportation., doing so he could travel at 50 mph. "Nice im making great timing." he said outloud.
