Recently the Cloud village was destroyed due to the many errors of Yukiko the Raikage, she has relocated all survivors to the Leaf, the Cloud village is in ruins now and she is troubled with this problem, she is in risk of re-election and exile and becoming a missing nin. Yukiko is trying her best to recuperate the Cloud Village and fix it up
