The Raikage is currently not here

The Raikage who has limited Ninja's due to many wars in the past went on a mission to make ties with Konoha, the many previous Raikage's were warmongers who only thought about war, I'll fix that and make alliances so Currently the Hokage is on a mission to create peace, also due to having few ninja's the cloud village needs to recuperate. So all missions will be done after the Raikage is back

The Raikage is back and now Konoha and the Cloud are allies.
