Training from Raikage

Yukiko happened to be in the leaf village after negotiating a peace treaty with the Hokage she saw the Sannin who needed training.

"Hey you! Raikage! I'm traveling to every country to learn there elemental jutsu, so can you teach me yours?" Asks Rinto smiling. "If not I'll just adventure to another country then!" Rinto smiles and waits for the Raikages response. Hoping it would be "yes".

"Kyuu ^.^, well I'm not sure, what qualifies you for this training from the Raikage" asked Yukiko sternly, she tipped her hat in the air and started balancing it on her nose. "Im busy, well what makes you want to train with me" asks Yukiko

"Well one, I'm probably the best student your gonna get! And second, I'm gonna be the 8th hokage so I need to get to know the new allies of the leaf." Explains Rinto. "Now, are you going to teach me lightning element or not?" Asks Rinto impatiently.

"Ha! might as well, mr soon to be 8th hokage" says Yukiko having a half grin, she puts her hat back on and steps towards Rinto "well what kind of jutsu would you like to learn?" says Yukiko tapping Rinto on the nose.

"At least 5 lightning jutsu." Says Rinto looking at the Raikage. "This is my personal mission...so I can be the strongest hokage!" Says Rinto grinning. "That's all I ask...5 lightning jutsu then I'll leave you alone." Says Rinto staring deep into the Raikage's eyes as if he could read her thoughts.

"Well lets start with something simple Im sure you know how to throw kunai's right, and how to use substitution." said Yukiko looking at her hands as if something were on them, "Okay you know who the fourth was right and how he faught right? well I teach you something I researched and took into my own hands" said Yukiko seriously, she put a kunai into Rinto's hand.

Rinto looked very confused. "Um...what am I supposed to do with the kunai?" Asked Rinto looking confused. "Wait a minute..." Thinks Rinto. "I think I know what you might be doing!" Says Rinto grinning. He holds up the kunai still trying to examine it.

"yup you guessed it, and I know what your thinking I can read others thoughts ^.^, but yah were going to do the legendary fourths yellow flash, except I don't know how to do it exactly I modified it for my liking ok the Kunai has a lightning bolt on it, but you can put whatever shape you desire k? your current step for training is to use substitution jutsu in less than 1 second in mid air ok? Not to hard" said Yukiko picking up a leaf and examining it

"This'll only take a sec!" Rinto jumped high into the air preparing for the kunai to come at him. "Only one second huh? I can do that!" Thinks rinto laughing in his mind.

"Ok well I'll watch you, this is step one perform Substitution Jutsu in mid air with the kunai in 1 second" said Yukiko sitting on the ground.

POOF! Rinto's movement was so quick the human eye couldn't make it out. "I told you I was fast!" Says Rinto landing on his feet. "Well, what's next?" Asks Rinto.

"Hahahaha ok well you got through step one now do it in one tenth a second and hit this leaf with the Kunai ok?" said Yukiko a little impressed

"No prob!" Says Rinto grinning. ZOOM! POOF! SLASH! "I have to ask you one thing, are you forgetting that I am one of the sannin?" Asks Rinto laughing at the raikage. "Now teach me the elemental jutsu!" demands Rinto.

"ok you got the training now to work on the jutsu, Now do step two again except this time hit the kunai in mid air with a lightning jutsu, and teleport with substitution while keeping the kunai still in motion and without unbalancing it, then catch the kunai, this is the third step" said Yukiko a little more serious her eyes a deeper shade of purple now.

"That's the thing!" Yelled Rinto. "I don't know any lightning jutsu!" Rinto gazed into the Raikage's eyes. "That's the whole reason I'm training with you! I don't know lightning element so I've come to you! Now do you understand?" Asked Rinto with the most embarassed look on his face.

"Kyuu! Cha chu chu chu! Sorry about that didn't know" Said Yukiko giggling a bit, well then "I'll teach you two of my jutsu's this one, and a lightning technique, this lightning technique is simple and easy its called Spark of Lightning."

"Alrighty then!" Says Rinto practicing his hand signs. "This'll only take a sec my friend!" Rinto says laughing but then becomes serious. "This is what I want to learn:
2 offensive lightning moves
2 defensive lightning moves
and 1 healing lightning move
Sound simple?" Asks Rinto grinning.

"Sorry but I'll only teach you this lightning jutsu, and the 4th's modified technique for now, I'll teach you the others later if you prove yourself..." said Yukiko who wasn't going to teach too much to a ninja outside her village "The reason Im teaching you the 4ths is because you are a blood relative so it shouldnt be too hard and you have the right to learn it, and I'm teaching you the spark because you have no lightning ^.^" said Yukiko sternly not going to change her decision

"Ok are we gonna start or what?" Asks Rinto looking just as serious as the raikage. "Because I have other countries to travel to and learn there elements." Says Rinto folding his arms waiting for the Raikage's repsonse.

"Ok first is the Spark of Lightning, we start by concentrating Chakra and releasing it as lightning chakra, pretty simple right, this is an academy level jutsu for Cloud ninja, so it wouldn't be too hard." said Yukiko bored

"Okay, here it goes..." Rinto focuses his chakra then pictures lightning in his mind, turning the chakra, like the Raikage said, into lightning chakra. "Now release...maybe this isn't so hard." Thinks rinto. He slowly release the chakra causing a weak lightning bolt the emerge from his hands. "Wow...I did it." Thinks Rinto.

"Ok you got step one done, now step two concentrate that lightning to multiply into small sparks and hold them in mid air with your concentraion" said Yukiko like a instructor for students

"Alright!" says Rinto with a smirk on his face. He repeated step one and then used his chakra to break up the attack into little sparks and then used his chakra like strings to lift the sparks into the air. "What's next Raikage?" Asked Rinto.

"Ok you know how to use the Spark of Lightning, now I'll teach you how to use this in an attack actually since these small orbs aren't very powerful, so I'll teach you the Lightning Prison k?"
