Skills/Specialties: Ninjutsu and Taijutsu

Jutsus:
1)Kage Bunshin no Jutsu-Rinto creates solid clones with his chakra to assist him in battle. They always come in hand ^^
2)Uzamaki Barrage-Rinto creates 4 clones and they hit the opponent into the air then Rinto jumps into the air and drops kicks the opponent.
3)Rasengan-Rinto focuses his chakra and creates it into a sphere using the help of a clone the Rinto launches the rasengan. If hits, the opponent cannot move for one post.
4)Homing Axe kick-Rinto creates 4 clones and they all flip into the air and dash at the opponent, each drop kicking the opponent, while Rinto comes in to diliver the final blow.
5)Kyuubi Rasengan-Just like the rasengan Rinto focuses his chakra in his Kyuubi form and launches it making the opponent take more damage than normal and making them unable to move for 2 post.
6)Sexy justu-Rinto transforms into like the title says, A sexy naked girl that imbolizes the opponent for 1 post. This doesn't work on girls by the way.
7)Substitution jutsu-Rinto substitutes himself with a nearby item or a log to prevent taking damage.

8)Spark Of Lightning- Creates a small spark of electricity which multiplies by 3 every few seconds the max is 36, these can be used as small projectiles or to start a conduction of electricity, they are only as strong as a small stone though and this is mainly only used to spark something, rather than a battle technique. This is an Academy level jutsu taught to Rinto by the Raikage herself.
9)Lightning Prison- normal ninja who mastered the spark of lightning can use this, its used by gathering the 36 sparks and making them circle the target in a motion so fast that it seems to be a sphere their trapped in this is used to keep them trapped, this Jutsu also takes away Chakra slowly, if they touch the wall of the sphere they will be shocked and may be paralysed. Another Academy level jutsu taught by the Raikage, but it is slightly more difficult.
10)Raikou Seikou (Lightning Mark)- This is a imitation of the yellow flashes move which, she studied about in her ANBU days, the move is to throw the projectile and shock it with lightning then while that split second of the target seeing the electricuted projectile going behind them the user quickly does substitution jutsu and appears where the projectile is and the projectile where the user is, so the projectile goes flying into the target and the user is behind the target. This jutsu is a a customized version of the fourth hokages ability to teleport, this just imitates this by using a rapid substitution jutsu with the kunai thrown. This is an A difficulty Jutsu. This was taught to him by the Raikage Yukiko.

History/Background Story: Uzamaki Maruto was, sorta born on accident. His father, Naruto, was at a party and got wasted. He didn't know what he was doing so he went over to some random girl and of course, did it with her. She had blue hair and green eyes and she wasn't drunk. 9 months later she met up with naruto again and told him about Maruto Uzamaki. Naruto was actually happy to have a son, but slitely confused. Maruto was just a baby, so Naruto couldn't teach him much. About two years later Maruto's mom had went on a dangerous mission. She didn't return. 1 year later Naruto found out she died on her mission, which left Naruto with Maruto. Naruto also decided that it was time to teach Maruto about being a Shinobi. One year later Maruto was practicing his fathers jutsu. He was just like his father too. determined, loud mouth, anoying, but fun to hang around. Maruto's dream was to become one of the sanin. He trained harder and harder at the academy. He also wanted to impress all of his classmates but the one jutsu he sucked at was, THE CLONE JUTSU. Rinto tried it many times but couldn't master it. So he went to his father. Naruto was one of the best with the clone jutsu so he taught Maruto how to focus his chakra and everything. The next day Maruto suceeded with the clone jutsu in class. He became a genin and was just like his father on missions. He wanted a C rank an that's what he got. Him and his team suceeded the mission just bareley. After completing 6 months worth of missions it was the chunnin exams. Maruto struggled just like his dad on the first part of exams, but passed. The second part Maruto got poisoned and even broke his arm, but that didn't stop him. He went to the tournament stage and won. 1 month later was the second part of the exams. Maruto was in better condition this time...so he did it! He became a chunin! He practices new jutsu and everything so that one day he can become Hokage. After Maruto had became a Chuunin he was assigned a B rank mission to capture a loose akatsuki. 1 of the ANBU black ops came in to assist him but the Akatsuki summoned the Raikage. Rinto then called upon his father naruto to use the father son rasengan. At first he missed, but when he got the raikage in the uzumaki barrage, BAM! Father son kyuubi rasengan was used. After assassinating the raikage the Akatsuki retreated and Maruto was promoted to ANBU. He trained with his new ANBU partner, Shikyo. After that Rinto went to train with th Hokage. Once the training was done Maruto was an Sannin and wanted to learn all the elements. He saw the raikage in konoha and asked her to train him and then he knew lightning jutsu. Maruto went to train with the kazekage but didn't because he couldn't learn sand. Next Maruto traveled to the mist village to fight against the akatsuki. The akatsuki retreated and Maruto returned to the leaf only for him to hear a surprising announcement from the hokage. The hokage had crowned him the 8th hokage.

Yeah I have part of a bijuu. When Rinto was born his dad lost half his Kyuubi. So that's how i have a bijuu sorta XD
